For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

This is a very special day for the church and our family. In addition to the ordainment of Elect Lady Raesheia Nubine, Bishop Nubine will be ordaining,

Brother Kier James as Decon;

And, appointing the following members, under God’s direction, for their leadership role(s) : 

Mother Alene Evans (Minister, Leading HLDT’s Women’s Ministry), 

Sister Della James (Leading HLDT’s Music Ministry, Praise Team), 

Sister Tiara Washington (Leading Finances),

Sister Kiya Houston (Leading Hospitality),

Sister Ama Hapke Rosen (Leading Event Coordination). 

We will be blessed with songs by our Praise Team with a very special addition of Bishop’s Sister, Arlisa Greer playing the keyboard. Ministry Minded, our children’s dance ministry, will also perform. If you are a member of one of these teams and have any questions about your role or the expectations, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

This is a time for us to truly celebrate and thank God for the community He has brought together as a family in Him. We ask our men to wear a suit in accordance with this elevated occasion; if you do not have a suit, please reach out asap and we will take care of you. All those who are being ordained, we ask that you dress in black on Sunday. 

Refreshments will be served in HLDT’s Fellowship Hall following service.
