The Washington’s happily welcomed baby Zion home this week and Sister Tiara is healing well.
Sister Tanasia wrecked her car and got a quote for “$11,000 to fix everything I messed up, and $7,000 to fix the significant. I went to church Sunday & Bishop says God’s telling someone to give him the praise now bc they don’t know whats going to happen next week. She picked car up only paying $1,170!.”

APRIL MINISTRY SCHEDULE
Coffee and Fellowship: Sunday mornings 9am; no fellowship on F&F Sunday, 4/17.
Worship: Sunday at 10a.
Friends and Family Sunday: Third Sunday of each month; April 17th. Brunch to follow service.
Holy Communion: Last Sunday of each month; March 27th, April 24th.
Weekly Fasting: Tuesday and Thursday, until noon.
Bible Study: Tuesday at 6:30p., on the phone and in the Fellowship Hall.
Friday Service: Every other Friday, 7pm. April 1st, 15th, and 29th.
Heirs of Promise: 1st & 3rd Saturday, 12:00pm. April 2nd and 16th.
Praise Team Practice: Saturday, 1:15p.
Food Bank of the Rockies: 2nd Saturday each month from 1-4pm; April 9th.
Nursing Home Ministry: Last Saturday of the month, 10:30a; April 24th.
RESURRECTION SKIT
Blessings HLDT Parents. Resurrection Day is April 17th and we'd like to have our youth minister in a skit on Good Friday 4/15 @ 7pm. If you'd like your child to participate please inform Elect Lady and she'll provide you with a playbook for your child.
Our first practice is April 2nd at 1pm and we will meet again on Thursday 4/7 @ (6:30pm).
FRIENDS AND FAMILY BRUNCH
Thank you to all who made last Sunday’s Friends and Family Brunch such a success. We were so happy to share a meal with our guests and get to know them better. In addition to pizza and sandwiches, we were blessed with Banana Pudding from Decon Kier and potato salad from Minister Paula. We also had lots of delicious desserts and fruit.

UPCOMING FELLOWSHIPS
Mother’s Day is May 8th, 2022. HLDT would like to honor our mothers with a brunch, possibly the Saturday before. Mark your calendars and we will get additional details soon.
Let’s start planning for our Church Picnic Fellowship, right now we are looking at mid July. Please reach out to Elect Lady if you would like to help plan this event or if you have any questions.

COLLEGE MINISTRY
Sister Ronnetta has stepped in for Sister Tiara regarding being a blessing to the college students. Please reach out to her to connect on way to support and bless them. Sister RaeJanay A. Carr is studying at BarClay College, for a Bachelor’s with a Major in Family Psychology and Social Studies and Sister Kiarra “Keke” Thompson is at Pickens Technical College working towards her License in Cosmetology.
REMINDERS
Heirs of Promise Practice, only on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month at 12:30pm.
Please Share <3: Please let us know activities your children are involved in. Anything to highlight or report In regards to progress, recognition of something good they did. Let us know so we can acknowledge them.
Sunday Youth Classes: Bishop would like to have the 12 and up youth in service; younger children (1-6) will be in “children's room”; and elementary kiddos (7-11) will meet in the Fellowship Hall. Please speak to Elect Lady Rasheia to help support this ministry.
Special Children’s Dedication Service: Sunday, May 3rd, 2022 for our children under 12.
Hospitality Ministry: Keep all non-water drinks in the Fellowship Hall. After eating, check around you for crumbs and sweep up, as needed.
Make it Official: Please fill out a member information card, located in the Fellowship Hall.
Men’s/Women’s Fellowship: Canceled until the new program is completed.
