CHILDREN’S DEDICATION SERVICE
God bless our youth! A special service for our children under 12 will be held Sunday, May 15th, 2022. Eric Washington will be our Guest Musician. Participating children are asked to wear white.
MOTHERS BRUNCH
Thank you to all the mothers who attended and to those who made it a huge success. Mother Arlene blessed our mothers with a beautiful presentation and Bishop graciously entertained the children. A special thank you to all of those who helped with set up and clean up, especially Mother Arlene, Elect Lady, Sister Paula, Sister Garrett, and those who brought dishes.
Our HLDT mothers enjoyed a delicious meal and much fellowship. After Elect Lady provided wisdom from the Bible on mothers and motherhood (Proverbs 31:25-30, 2 Timothy 1:5, Deuteronomy 6:6-7), each attendee shared lessons and qualities they learned from their mothers, including: God’s love and power, perseverance, kindness, prayer, cooking, honesty, growth, hospitality, generosity, and how to raise children. Mother Shirley (Sister Paula’s mother) was our guest mother for Brunch.
FOOD BANK OF THE ROCKIES
Please remember to sign up ASAP to minister at the Food Bank of the Rockies on May 14th, 1-4pm. Any open spots will be released to the public if not registered in advance.

Tasks include inspecting, sorting, and boxing items received through food drives and grocery rescue. Children over the age of 8 are welcome and encouraged. Our youth have been a consistent support to this ministry.
TEXT MESSAGE MINISTRY
God is so good. A CO family was blessed by last week’s text ministry. Ms. Dorothy Willis had an aunt and uncle pass away in Minnesota. She's a recipient of the HLDT Daily Bread/Text Message Ministry. When she received the message, she said it was right on time and answered her prayer. She doesn't feel like she can speak at another funeral so this message will speak loud and clear by the grace of God!

Church Picnic Fellowship: July 30th, 10am. Please reach out to Elect Lady to help plan this event or if you have any questions.
Hospitality Ministry: Keep all non-water drinks in the Fellowship Hall. After eating, check around you for crumbs and sweep up.
Make it Official: Please fill out a member information card, located in the Fellowship Hall.

Friends and Family Sunday: Third Sunday of each month; May 15th. Brunch to follow service.
Holy Communion: Last Sunday of each month; May 29th.
Weekly Fasting: Tuesday and Thursday, until noon.
Bible Study: Tuesday at 6:30p., on the phone and in the Fellowship Hall.
Friday Night Service: Every other Friday; 6:30pm. May 13 and May 27.
